Everything is walking distance and the beach is right across the street. We never have any issues, they are great with communication and always a clean stay. So many restaurants to pick from, Reefers was our favorite, along with a cold beer at Shipwreck! Antoni was quick to respond to any questions or requests, also gave great tips on places to eat. The room we stayed in could use a small bit of remodeling but its of no concern at all. Communication was slow before booking but i was able to get everything squared away. The location is literally right across from the beach and in walk-in distance to Clearwater Beach night life. The host is very much in communication and gives great tips on what to do and where to go. Check-in process, etc. made very easy as well. As a reminder - There is no one on site! ##### Daniela N.
