### Vacation home in Dorf - beach chair on the beach and at the house

We warmly welcome you in your holiday home "Grüppenhus", which we named after the embankment flooding, the "Grüppen".  
  
Come in and feel at home: on 76 square meters you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday on the North Sea.  
  
For your comfort even in winter, all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, living rooms and bedrooms on the ground floor and on the first floor have wooden floors.  
  
Ground floor:  
\- spacious living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 Tripp-Trapp children's chairs, comfortable multifunctional sofa, woodburning stove, TV, Bluray player and game console (Wii-U)  
\- shower room with toilet  
\- Utility room with washer dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes horse  
  
Kitchen:  
Our kitchen is equipped with what we love,  
\- Bosch built-in appliances: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer compartment  
\- Household appliances, such as Nespresso machine with milk frother, French press, espresso maker, mono teapot, and kettle and toaster by KitchenAid.  
  
Upper floor:  
\- spacious shower room with toilet and plenty of storage space / storage facilities, towel warmer.  
\- Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and TV.  
\- Bedroom with 2 beds and large built-in wardrobe.  
  
attic:  
\- Bedroom with 1 bed and French balcony  
  
If required, we will gladly provide you with a cot. Bath towels, towels, bathrobes and bed linen are also available (for a fee).  
  
Outside:  
\- furnished terrace (west side) with small lawn and beach chair  
\- Parking space on adjacent semi-detached house  
  
Beach chair on the beach:  
A beach chair is available for you at the beach in Ordinger for free.  
  
Surroundings:  
Our end of 2016 completed semi-detached house is located in the village in the immediate vicinity of the marketplace. At the OT are the tourist information office, the public library, the police and shops for daily needs.  
  
You can reach in 5-10 minutes on foot,  
\- Weekly market on Wednesday from 7-13 clock  
\- numerous caffé's and restaurants  
\- Groceries: bakers (Sirks bakery is highly recommended), Edeka  
\- Banks: Hypovereinsbank and Sparkasse  
\- Clothing and souvenir shops  
\- ev. and cath. church  
\- Amber Museum, local history museum  
\- Bicycle rental  
  
In 5 minutes by bike you reach the district Bad. Here you can expect:  
\- Water park "Dünentherme" with recommendable sauna area  
\- pier to the beach with restaurant "Noah's Ark"  
\- promenade with numerous shops and restaurants  
\- small nostalgic cinema  
  
Here we recommend a visit to the fish snack bar in Strandläuferweg and the toy shop "Mondenkind", which invites you to play / try out various board and board games.  
  
In OT Olsdorf, which is a few minutes away by bike, you will find:  
\- Drugstore and supermarket: Sky, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann  
\- Pharmacy  
\- stop of the German Railways (SPO-Süd)  
  
Easily accessible by bike, OT Ording offers you:  
\- Beach with bike crossings and large car beach parking lot

Alles bestens. Sauber und gute Ausstattung. Sehr gut ist auch die Nähe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben das Auto nur selten genutzt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns noch gute Tips bzgl. Restaurants gegeben. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft.

Unser Aufenthalt im Grüppenhaus war ganz wunderbar. Das Haus ist genauso liebevoll eingerichtet wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Die Lage ist perfekt und ganz besonders möchte ich den unglaublich herzlichen Kontakt zu unseren Vermieteten hervorheben. Wir haben tolle Tips erhalten und es war jederzeit jemand ansprechbar! Dies war unser dritter Urlaub in SPO und es war definitiv die beste Unterkunft dort. Ein schönes, modernes Ferienhaus in super Lage mit moderner Ausstattung und allem, was man braucht. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein sehr schöner Spielplatz und auch die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nah, so dass der Bus auch genutzt werden konnte. Die Unterkunft war top und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, denn es war an alle (groß und klein) gedacht worden. Für die Kinder ist ein wenig Spielzeug und auch Bücher vorhanden und für die Erwachsenen gibt es einen sehr schönen, luxeriösem Strandkorb zum Entspannen auf der Terasse.

#### SPO immer eine Reise wert

Ein freundliches, super ausgestattetes und sauberes Haus. Eben zum Wohlfühlen. Tolle Fahrradtouren, auch mit Regen und ortsüblichen Wind. Viele wohlschmeckende Leckereien und Gerichte in den gastronomischen Einrichtungen, aber der Geldbeutel sollte ordentlich gefüllt sein. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir sind erholt und vor allem nach 3 x SPO, wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank noch einmal an unsere Vermieter, die uns viele Tipps und Anregungen für einen tollen Aufenthalt gegeben haben, eben Insiderwissen.

#### Super Lage, perfekt eingerichtet

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Möglichkeiten Kaffee zu zubereiten, toller Milchschäumer. Schönes und genügend Geschirr. Wir waren vor Ostern da, super Lage, sehr schnell bei allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Deich und der Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die ausgeliehenen Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Schuppen unterbringen. Schöner Tisch zum Essen und Spielen, nur das Sofa war zu klein für uns alle( wir waren zu fünft im Haus) Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

#### Perfektes Feriendomizil

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Küchenausstattung. Nichts fehlt und man muss nicht jedes Besteckteil abzählen. Gern immer wieder !

Das Haus bietet jede Menge Komfort; die Küche ist umfänglich und qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet, die drei Schlafzimmer bieten insbesondere bei mehreren Personen ausreichend Platz. Der Strandkorb am Nordstrand ist schön gelegen und vom Strandparkplatz aus gut zu erreichen.
