« L’hotel m’a décompté à 2 reprises la facture sur ma carte de crédit !! Malgré 2 mails envoyés, je n’ai aucun retour de leur part. Je l’avais déjà signalé à la réception; on m’a répondu que c’était résolu mais ce n’est pas le cas !!! Une fois le séjour terminé, il n’y a plus aucun service à la clientèle. De la part d’une chaîne hôteliere comme Hyatt, c’est inacceptable !! »
