The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a dedicated play area, perfect for children. The bathroom provides a shower/tub combo, inviting you to unwind at the end of the day. As an extra touch of comfort and convenience, we've included a bonus room with a crib (crib sheet NOT included) for the little ones and a designated workspace. But the charm doesn't end there. Step outside into the private backyard, a tranquil outdoor oasis with a dining area for relaxation or entertaining. The parking area behind the home accommodates up to three cars or SUVs, ensuring added convenience. Located just a short drive from the eclectic shops and restaurants on South Grand, this home provides easy access to a diverse range of entertainment and dining options! ​​​​​​Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: This unit is NOT pet friendly. If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300\. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. The location is excellent – it's centrally located, very safe, and a short walk to Tower Grove Park, which has pleasant walking trails, pickleball/tennis courts, and a large farmers market on Saturdays.
