The home is exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the local attractions. Our host, Anthony, was incredibly responsive to all of my questions prior to booking and helpful throughout our stay. The place was clean, big, plenty of bathrooms, a nice big kitchen table and the owner was quick with communicating. The only cons of the place were there wasnt much for extra pillows/blankets for the pullout couches, the Nintendo switch was not available and not all of the tv remotes worked so therefore we couldn't be using multiple TVs at once. It is well- appointed with a sweet outdoor covered deck ( bring stadium chairs to provide more than 4 seats).. It’s hard to find 5 bd/5 ba home, amazing. Game room was fun to have. Walking distance to interesting coffee shop (delicious food) and the (Haunted) Lemp mansion where we did have dinner one night. No ghosts were seen but they offered what seemed like a lively fun Bingo room and Dinner theatre production. I was taken back by first floor windows that didn’t close properly and did not lock but Anthony sent his maintenance manager to apply a temporary fix and was going to address with the window Company. The kitchen was well stocked (not sure why it talks about the pans but they are not noteworthy). Kitchen has three types of coffee makers and k-cups provided which was lovely. Keyless entry was great. You enter through the back door, btw. Be sure to open Upstairs AC vents to cool it down properly. Our large group could spread out or gather together, easily.
