This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown, soccer stadium, central west end in St. Louis. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. The historic details and stylish lobby including extra co-working space of the apartment building is an added bonus! WIFI with smart TV, and full kitchen. his apartment is located in the Historic Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. It is also known as theater district. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. Our complementary garage parking is located at our sister property (10 minute walk). Alternatively, you can park on the street (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday) 1\. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2\. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3\. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4\. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that we walked to. Street parking was always available day and night.
