I offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction, and professional cleanings in which ALL the linens are cleaned. ★ One bedroom apartment on 2nd Floor, only 1 other unit on the 2nd floor ★ Living Room: comfy seating along with 43" smart TV and sofa converts to bed ★ Dining Area: four-seater dining table and two barstools at the kitchen island ★ Kitchen: stainless steel appliances all linens provided cookware, dishes & glassware ★ Bathroom: tub/shower combo with plenty of storage ★ Bedroom: new king bed with dresser and walk-in closet ★ Laundry: New W/D in unit Amenities ★ ALL linens laundered between guests ★ High-Speed WIFI ★ Secured building with coded locks ★ Off-Street Parking ★ EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT: We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows: Early Check-in at 2 pm = $50 Late Check-out at 1 pm = $50 ★ PARKING: One off-street parking spot and free street parking ★ PETS: must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the backyard, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund. \- Short Term Stays: $50 per pet \- Long Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $125 per pet fee ★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE & ESSENTIALS: Short Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay but extra cleanings are available for a fee.
