If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200\. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\. We wanted to visit our grandchildren who live in the city, and this property location was only five minutes away. The property was located in a very nice area with ample on street parking. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. It had everything needed, and the one time I texted with a question they responded almost immediately. This was our first Vrbo rental, and it was a great experience. I hope this apartment will be available next year (or sooner) when we return to St Louis. I will admit we got a little homesick and sad to leave. I never thought that would happen, but being in a great location certainly helped contribute to those feelings.
