Plenty of room in the oversized kitchen, living room, and free laundry in the basement. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $200\. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. We were surprised that the bedroom was the entryway for the unit, as this wasn’t clear in photos. Being that there is no door to the bedroom, I didn’t feel like the listing for a 1bd was fully accurate. We also found the shower knobs difficult to use, but it was tolerable. The place is clean and has a lot of room. No issues with noise from the adjacent apartments and the actual neighbors were quite friendly. We only slept and showered at the property. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having tvs in both the bedroom and living room. The rental is on the second floor of a four unit building built in 1921\. The narrow, steep steps may be an issue for some. Jeffrey was very quick to respond to any questions I had and the check in and check out were super easy. It kinda became our little spot, neighborhood was great, the property was great, no issues. Second time around, we had issues out the gate that I did communicate with the owner, who was very responsive and tried to remedy the issue ( Wifi was a bit of a.mess) and one of the TVs was glitchting. Ended up using my hotspot on my phone for the duration of the visit. The neighbor above was VERY loud and had people in and out all hours of the night, had company of some sort blocking the entire road, so we had to park 3 buildings away, and would be outside having conversations, directly in front of the window of the unit we were staying in. Pretty awkward and uncomfortable. Nothing at all like our first visit in December 2023.They left 2 towels for us, we ended up going and buying our.own towels to use.
