Freshly renovated with all brand new memory foam beds, fresh new linens, large comfortable couches and a pet friendly large fenced in backyard. This home is so cozy and welcoming and it is fully stocked for your stay! You will be close to everything St. Louis offers when you stay at this family-friendly recently fully renovated and freshly decorated gem of a home! Located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in sought-after Rock Hill, this home is the perfect place to stay with your group or family! I offer a LOT of baby/child amenities that will make traveling with your children less stressful including a full-size rollaway crib with a comfortable mattress and extra sheets (can be setup for you before your arrival and is folded up and put away out of sight if your group does not need it), pack n play with optional mattress and extra sheets, sound machines in every bedroom, baby monitor with 2 cameras and 1 parent unit, blackout curtains in every bedroom, toddler bumper guard rails, infant bathtub (0-6 months), Summer My Bath Seat for the bathtub (5-10 months), Baby Einstein activity jumper, Skip Hop baby tummy time and activity play mat, kids books, toys and games, highchair, toddler sippy cup options (NUK no-spill hard spout sippy cups, Nuby no-spill cups with flex straw, Grossmimi spill proof magic sippy cup with straw and 10oz kid and toddler spill proof stainless steel smoothie cups with silicone sleeves and straws with stopper), kids plastic plates and bowls, toddler utensils and many more family friendly/baby/toddler friendly options -- just ask me if I have it at the property and I am sure I do or can arrange to have it for you! :) This home features a cozy living area with a large sectional couch and a large smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your entertaining, cooking or baking needs! Very comfortable modern bedrooms that all feature spacious closets, blackout curtains, sound machines, and various lighting options. The King and Queen bedrooms both have 40-inch smart TVs. The King primary bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and there is an additional newly updated full first-floor bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are located next to each other on the main floor of the home. \*\*\*An additional bedroom is being added in the basement and will be finished in late December of 2023.\*\*\* The basement will feature an additional cozy King bedroom, a large area for your group or family to relax, kids' games and toys, a large play area, and an additional seating area with a sectional and large projector screen home theatre (will be setup for January 2024 bookings). There is also a storage room/laundry room located in the basement and guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer along with provided laundry detergent and supplies. The large backyard is fully fenced in and features a nice patio with an outdoor dining area, a firepit and brand new propane gas grill. The beautiful fenced-in backyard is perfect for your group and your pets!
