The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with laundry in the basement. The eclectic and stylish lobby of the apartment building is an added bonus! WIFI with smart TV, and full kitchen. This apartment has 500 sqft of living space with the stainless steel appliances, stylish décor with memory foam mattress, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace. It also has a hardwood flooring, large windows with a view of cityscape and park. Guest will be able to use entire apartment. Besides apartment, guest will have access to lobby area with coffee bar and additional work tables. Guest will also have access to gated backyard. This apartment is located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE.
