Very easy to find and access off the freeway, plenty of parking, even with a relatively full house for the eclipse weekend. My only conplaint was the breakfast didn't begin until 7, too late for our early start!

Heat unit awful, only alternates blowing freezing cold or sweltering heat all night long, dirty room, no Kleenex, hand wash locked to a wall far from the sink, no breakfast, no hot water at coffee station, pool closed without knowing, entire hotel reeks of carpet cleaner from pet accidents in hallways

The property was clean and the room was clean. The staff was accommodating but the staff made an error by over charging. This made my stay very stressful, and the person that helped my family and I the most was Ms.Kim. She went above and beyond to do all the could for a mistake that she didn’t even make. We will not be staying here again.

Don't prepay for breakfast, you won't get it.
If you pay extra for breakfast, make sure you get it! I made a reservation for an employee, paid for the room PLUS breakfast for 2 people. Breakfast for 1 was not an option. He didn't receive a voucher and had to pay out of pocket. Not happy.

Everything was excellent except the bathrooms. Way way too small! The door almost hits the toilet. You can’t get in the shower unless the door is closed or you straddle the toilet. Pump soap for hand soap is located on the wrong wall. Impossible for two people to be in the bathroom. This room is supposed to accommodate 4 people, no way that could happen.

Paud for a King room, they put me in a double - not a queen but a DOUBLE. And they stated because I booked on Expedia they would placing other guests in the first Available King rooms and would not be able to compensate me for not having a King. However when I logged and checked they were still advertising that they has Kings Available. So either way they are liars, and scam anyone who books third-party. Very convenient for the location, charging for a King and putting you in a smaller room.

It had been 2 years since I last stayed at this hotel. Since then there has been a complete redo of the property. I is beautiful, well maintained, clean and staffed with very helpful and courteous people. Very enjoyable stay will do it again.

It was okay. I have stayed here at least 4 times and this was the only time I had some issues. There was BM left underneath the toilet seat which I cleaned myself. Then while I was sitting at the table eating dinner I noticed there was dried blood stains and the end of the comforter. Front desk offered to move us but it was late and I had already settled in. They did bring another comforter. Photo exceed size limit
