This stunning Benton Park condo has been completely modernized to bring high style to this historic building. Built in 1897 this home is full of charm from the alleyway entry to the original brick fireplace. Tall ceilings and large windows add to a dramatic feel. Inside you will find high end furniture, a large TV, modern kitchen with stainless steel and gas appliances, an updated bathroom with jetted tub, and a beautiful bedroom with beautiful street views.
