The apartment is spacious with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, a cozy dining area with a table and chairs, and a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. This apartment is located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. Our complementary garage parking is located at our sister property (10 minute walk). Alternatively, you can park on the street (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday) 1\. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2\. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3\. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4\. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with the Govt Issued ID and CC for incidentals (Airbnb Guest's CC not required) 7\. Room was very cold at 57 degrees and it took a bit to warm up. Rooms were clean and tidy. Couch was uncomfortable, the bed was comfortable. Concerns, toilet tank doesn't fill so you can flush until much later in the day. ##### Melissa H.
