Joe thought of just about everything - we lacked for nothing during our stay. He even contacted us the morning after we checked in to make sure there was nothing we needed! The place is very cozy and has plenty of room.Only one quibble which is not mentioned in the listing. This is a third floor apartment, so you will have to climb stairs. The apartment was cute and met our needs for someplace to stay while exploring St. Louis. The communication with owner was excellent and the check-in process was easy. We didn’t hear any outside noise from bars/restaurants (Mon-Fri). However, outside: the area was a little run down, we had to park in an alley where there was garbage, dog poop, and random people hanging out. It didn’t feel very safe to me with my family of five. The two long flights of wooden stairs were steep and very wobbly with nails sticking out and part of the railing broken. Inside: The claw foot tub was hard to get into (it’s high with nothing to hold onto) and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked with dust and the cover fell off mid-shower. If you’re a cooking family, as we are, there is not a lot of cooking accessories (i.e. missing measuring cups, baking sheet). The place served its purpose, a place to sleep as we were out all day, everyday. I would recommend this place with the knowledge provided above. ##### Matt S.
