This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. The apartment is on the main floor, with laundry in the basement. The eclectic and stylish lobby of the apartment building is an added bonus! WIFI with smart TV, and full kitchen.. Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. Our complementary garage parking is located at our sister property (10 minute walk). Alternatively, you can park on the street (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday) 1\. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2\. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3\. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4\. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. I wish it was more clear in the description but overall a very nice spot to stay outside of the parking. My 15 year old son and I stayed for one night and it was perfect for us! The owner was excellent with communication. The apartment was very clean. The outside area in the back of the building was so nice. The exterior of the property was very clean. We even got lucky and the maintenance man from the check-in hotel drove us to the apartment so we didn’t have to walk. That was lovely because it was over 90 degrees outside. I did walk back to the garage on check out day and it took about 12 minutes. It wasn’t too bad! ##### Megan K.
