The facility is nice and the one desk clerk was very polite and helpful during our check-in. The only problem was there was only 1 desk clerk and LOTS of people waiting to check in. Make sure you have your patience pants on because it may take quite a while to finally get to that nice room!

Ein sauberes Hotel. Direkt daneben war die Autovermietung Alamo...sehr praktisch. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat: es gab nur einen Subway und eine Bar/Restaurant in der Nähe.

The staff, especially Kitty, were incredibly kind and helpful. Very clean room with a nice pool, gym and (actually good)complimentary breakfast. This hotel is located close to airport with a great shuttle to and from the hotel. I was nervous about the negative reviews, but im assured that those people were just complainers who look for any outlet to "watch the world burn". Great stay. Highly recommended!

Every time we entered into the property it smelled clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was delicious, accessible and enjoyable! My family and I were very pleased with our stay and our free hotel shuttle service to and from the airport.

this property pulled the classic bait and switch the reservation advertise me clearly states deposit of $200 will be assessed for anyone under the age of 21 that wants to check in or anyone local living within 30 miles. St. Louis, Missouri I live in New York City, which is 15 hours away and I’m 37 years old are the facts

Daniel, after checking and then double checking to ensure nothing was missed, it appears your reservation was not charged a deposit at all. You are correct, as stated in your review here: there is a 200 deposit charged if you reside within 30 miles of our property, under the age of 21 at check-in, or if you will be choosing to pay with cash. All of wich the deposit is returned upon checkout provided there are no damages to the property. We do hope in the future, a deposit charged to other guests per policy, will not cause a disturbance to your stay.

i was really impressed with this hotel. i've paid twice this for other hotels that weren't near as nice. and the girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Room was the best part of this location. It was clean and comfortable but despite being a smoke free facility listing no smoking/vape/marijuana the entire floor and our rooms smelled like marijuana multiple nights we were there. It was also very noisy with slamming of doors every 5 minutes after 11pm and children running thru the hallways also every 5 minutes. Staff told us the place were busy when we brought it up. Not sure why there are rules in place then. Breakfast had hard biscuits that felt like they were leftover from the day before, the bacon was see thru and the eggs were cold. If it were for the comfortable and clean room this would be a hard 1 star review.

I got to the hotel to check in and was told that I had to give a $200.00 deposit since I live less than 30 miles from the hotel. I didn't have the extra funds to put down a deposit. So I had no choice but to cancel my stay a the front desk. But in doing this I loss my payment for my room because I didn't give a 24 hour notice. This is so unfair to me as the customer since this information wasn't provided when I made my reservation on- line. If this information was given up front before I confirmed my reservation I wouldn't have went thru the reservation. I feel that I should be given a credit so I can have the opportunity to stay at the hotel in the future. Plus I feel it would only be fair to me as the customer.

Yolanda, we appologize for any mis-communication there may have been; if we as a hotel are not honoring a reservation charges do not stand. We do have our deposit policy articulated on all websites and reservation confirmations which do highlight this 200 hold. I am sorry it was missed! Not much around being located by the airport but very clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very quick at checking us in. Made it very easy for us to drop our rental car off and walk back to the hotel which was not even a 2 minute walk away so we are able to shuttle to the airport from the hotel for our 5am flight and not have to worry about returning the car that early
