This spacious apartment is well decorated with everything you'll need for a wonderful St. Louis vacation. The unique theme is a European influenced style of decoration, a lot of which we collected ourselves from around the globe! Along with the amazing environment, it's just a short walk to Forest Park and everything that it offers. Or it's a quick bus ride or drive to downtown, the Loop, and Washington University. It'd be my pleasure to have you as a guest in my apartment!

Wonderful neighborhood
It was perfect when we visited family and friends. It’s an old charming building with a nice charm. Everything worked perfectly except for on point. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed or looked which was a it enjoying. I can recommend this place. /Eriv

Forest Park Apartment
My overall impression was that the apartment is in a great location. The apartment itself needs a major update of the bathroom. There is no counter space in the bathroom , the bathtub needs tile work (broken tiles on the wall) and has some rust at the drain. The bed is mounted on a few wooden boards on the right and legs on the left, seems like something that can be easily fixed. In terms of check in I found out how to get into the apartment about 1 hour before, it would have been better to get the info before since I like to be organized. The check in instructions were very detailed. The proximity to Forest Park was wonderful.

I only stayed one night but the property owner/manager had great communication and amazing direction to get into the property! It was a cute place to stay! Will be back when in town!

This is an adorable apartment. Communication was very good for the most part. The tv didn't work but it wasn't a big deal for us. Would stay again.

Cute and clean apartment
The perfect little place for anyone looking to just crash for the night or just a place to sleep. Could sleep 2 in bed 2 on pull out couch and also had a futon. We also brought an air mattress just in case and it fit perfectly in the living room area. Tv with Roku which was nice to throw a movie on later at night. Parking garage nice and secure but not for large vehicles. Also kind of tiny so if you park we found it easier to back into a spot to make leaving in the morning east because not much room at all to turn around. Above parking garage area very open right outside entrance to apartment. Would be a nice outdoors area if you had lawn chairs you could bring and some games (bean bags/ladder golf/etc.) entrance to apartment building and the apartment itself very secure. Air conditioner may be loud for some people but I enjoy a little noise to fall asleep to and it definitely helped to keep the apartment cool. Property manager east to contact via messenger on the vrbo app.

I spoke with one of the neighbors and they said the building was from the 1920s. It’s a one bedroom apartment that I would call refurbished retro. Modern conveniences but with steam heat and cast-iron radiators that work really well. It was kind of cool when I stayed there, so I never got to run the air conditioning. nice neighborhood and secured parking. Well furnished and lots of interesting artwork on the walls. I will definitely want to stay there the next time I’m out to visit the family!

Good experience overall
Friendly neighborhood and off street parking in a gated parking garage. Clean and kitchen items needed were provided. If taking wine, bring your own cork screw. :) I would stay again.

Great for location and price.
This was not a bad place for what it is priced. I would suggest bringing extra bedding if you plan on using the futons. Overall good experience and would use again. Love the secure parking.
