Built by a local fishing family in 1941, this historic home with all its old-world charm and character has withstood the test of time. It has been recently modernized with all the amenities of modern day living. The home has a beautiful view of the St, John's harbour and Cabot Tower. It would have been perfect if there was some kind of pedestrian crossing somewhere, but that is out of the owners control. We still had an amazing trip, owners were very quick to respond to any questions and provided an accurate account of things to do as all of the suggestions of theirs we tried were wonderful.
