This luxury resort features three private units that can be rented individually or together for large groups. This listing is for the entire property. Available when needed. The Bartram Scenic Highway, the historic St. Johns River, and St. Johns County are all accessible from Fruit Cove, Florida, which was named an American Heritage River in 1998\. a location with animals, old trees still standing in the region, and older and modern homes coexisting peacefully. You also have access to a covered patio seating, and an outdoor kitchen, with our 5 different grills (charcoal, wood burning brick oven, or propane). We have an indoor complimentary coffee bar with individual seating areas that is accessible at all times for a quiet place to have a cup of coffee while reading a book from our lending library. There is also a large area for your dog, clean up bags are provided. ABOUT THE SPACE: Main House: This beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops, two king size primary rooms, and 2 queen size rooms, and an additional sofa sleeper. There are several separate seating areas, breakfast bar and dining table that seats 8\. Catch up on your favorite shows on a 65” smart (Roku) 4K TV by logging onto your personal Netflix, Amazon or any other streaming services (we do not provide any content). Complete your day sitting in a rocking chair on the veranda, cooled by the ceiling fans, enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. Studio: This beautiful, cozy space comes with a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, a king-sized bed, and an incredibly comfortable and new sofa sleeper! Cottage: This beautiful, comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom cottage comes with a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops. This air-conditioned home has a king size master with a bay window overlooking the koi pond, pool and garden area, a queen size bedroom, and a loft area with 3 beds, perfect for kids, with it's own tv! Catch up on your favorite shows on a smart (Roku) 4K TV by logging onto your personal Netflix, Amazon or any other streaming services (we do not provide any content). Refund Policy A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels. General Guidelines ●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains. ●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. ●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. ●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. ●Windows: Keep windows closed for security. ●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. ●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked. ●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. ●Furniture: Do not rearrange. ●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. ●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking. ●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction. ●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. With multiple houses, there was plenty of room to get away from everyone when needed. The outdoor pool area had everything that we could have needed for all ages. The pool was wonderful. The outdoor bar/kitchen was perfect. There is a covered sitting area to get out of the sun and a large swing that was fun. Our last night we made smores on the fire pit. Of course, the kids loved watching the koi in the pond. And to top it off, the hot tub was fantastic at night. We literally could not have asked for anything better. The only downfall is that it is quite a drive to the beach, but we love the pool more anyway. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
