This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland. It has become my new favourite location! Perfect for anyone staying in St. John's with a dog (or two!); close to parks/trails. I can't say enough praise for the location - close drive/bus ride to Bidgoods Plaza (complete with bank, Shamrock City Pub/Jungle Jim's, drug store etc). Easy drive (just hop on the number 2!) downtown. I loved the ease of catching city transit from this VRBO to downtown, too - very close to bus stops.The only minor downfalls were no toaster, recycling bins/bags, nor plastic hamper provided. There were issues with the television hooking up to Wifi, but a fulfilled request for a cable box quickly fixed the issue (providing optional access to Netflix, Prime, and other streaming services also). The tub in the bathroom was slippery and needs coating or a bath mat. But no major complaints :) ##### Rebecca K.
