An Unforgettable Family Getaway at Villa Cin Cin!

From the moment we booked, the connection with the owner, Christine, and the house manager, Crystal, made everything feel personal and welcoming. They provided all the information we could have needed, and their recommendations made our trip effortless and unforgettable.The villa is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. We woke up each morning to breathtaking views and ended each day watching sunsets by the pool. The game room was a hit with the whole family, especially the ping pong table.We followed many of Christine and Crystal’s local suggestions, and they were all incredible. Nate’s Custom Charter gave us an amazing day on the water. Lime Out was a fun and unique floating taco stop, and Pizza Pi had some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. Snorkeling, spotting turtles, and exploring the island added so much adventure to our days.They also recommended a fantastic private chef who came to the villa and prepared one of the best meals of the trip. We even booked in-villa massages through their suggestion, which made the experience even more relaxing.Villa Cin Cin is a dream. Luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly located. We made lifelong family memories and are already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you, Christine and team, for making it all so easy and special.If it were up to me, I’d give them the 2025 VRBO of the Year award.10/10 — Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

Villa Cin Cin is absolutely stunning- the photos and videos do not do it justice. Our family and friends loved our time here. The infinity pool has amazing views of the bay, and we had a gorgeous sunset every evening. The snorkeling off the beach was awesome, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the house. The kitchen was perfect for us- we cooked every night. The layout of the house allows for privacy- each master bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. We loved the outdoor shower! This place was perfect for our family and friends- we will be back!

I've rented many villas over the years and I have to say this property stands alone. The location and setting are perfect, views in every direction and its set on a beautiful private peninsular. The owners are hands on and were very attentive to our needs. Its rated the best rental in the world with good reason.roger

We ADORED our stay at Villa Cin Cin!

Look no further for the perfect place to host your next family trip or friends getaway in paradise. Everything about this villa is amazing from the bedrooms to the outdoor showers (!) to the kitchen area (that had everything you could ever need) and then of course the infinity pool where we spent most of our time. I caught myself multiple times not being able to tear my eyes away from that view. It's like it's straight out of a fairytale book. Christine, the owner, is beyond wonderful and property manager, Crystal, couldn't have been more helpful. Crossing my fingers and toes on the possibility of being able to stay here again in the future!

Absolute stunning property & amazing host

This place is one you need to experience and see with your own eyes because Villa Cin Cin is even better than anything you can dream up! The home is absolutely gorgeous home with the most stunning views, and provides the most relaxing experience possible. Christine, the host, and Crystal, the property manager, are also the sweetest and most caring and helpful people ever! Best family vacation ever!

Beautiful, gorgeous house. Views are incredible. Property manager is unbelievably detailed, sweet, big hearted and is there for every little issue and does it with a big smile such nice people. From manager to owners. Christine is also so detailed and sweet helps you find everything. This has been the best worried free vacation we have ever had. You will not regret it!!!! We will be back soon!

My wife and I have "hosted" a family vaca every year for the last 10, all over the country. Everyone had the best time yet here. In fact, my wife and I enjoyed it so much, we rented it again in November, only this time bringing close friends. The references for catering, food delivery and water equipment were great. used all quite a bit. Crystal (though a bit tough to make first contact as she can be quite busy) did a fabulous job with all the platters (and the lasagna) cant wait til November, we'll order pretty much the same things...wonderful stay

Vacation at Villa Cin Cin

Our family (a group of 11 people) had an outstanding vacation in St. John at the Villa Cin Cin. The villa is located in Ditleff Point, probably the nicest location on the island. It is a beautiful villa with all the amenities a family would need. The property owner and the manager were great. It was truly a luxury experience. I highly recommend this property.

This home is stunning! Views are incredible! Our only issue was for the price per week, it would have been nice to have housekeeping change sheets and clean overall home. I would also recommend for the price that trash removal is included throughout the week. We were told to take our own trash to some location, or pay extra for them to do so. We just thought that was odd. Otherwise, the home was perfect and the manager was easily accessible!

A dreamy time on Ditliff

We had a fabulous time at Villa Cin Cin. We have been coming to St John for the last 20 years, and have rented many different villas, in Peter Bay, Chocolate Hole, Gift Hill and Coral Bay. Villa Cin Cin is the most amazing villa that we have every stayed at. It had it all: full A/C, pool and hot tub, sleeper sofas in all bedrooms, TVs in all bedrooms, an amazing kitchen and huge table for our clan of 12, and beach access just down the road. Ditliff point is so special, with almost 360 views and privacy. Christine, the owner, reached out to me via telephone at booking, and again closer to the time of our stay. She was an amazing host and a wealth of knowledge about the island. Crystal was great and always very responsive when we had questions. My husband, niece and I are runners, and loved running in Fish Bay- less traffic and less hilly than most other places we have ran in St John. We are already looking at next year for another stay at Villa Cin Cin.

Awesome Villa with amazing virws

The owner was very thorough with all the details on the house, the island, jeep rentals, and places to dine. Crystal, the property manager met us at the ferry and led the way to the house which made it very easy. The house is amazing. I loved that all the bedrooms were the same so there was no fighting over the “best room”. The sunsets were fantastic and the kitchen was great for us to cook together.

Phenomenal property!!!

This was the best property I’ve ever rented! The owner and manager were great to work with and very detailed with the rental process. The house is perfect for a large group as it has five true master suites. It also had every amenity necessary. Pictures don’t do the views justice…..they were even better in person! Make sure you rent a Jeep as the hills are fairly steep but manageable. Stay at Villa Cin Cin….you won’t regret it!

WOW! Best house on the island.

Villa Cin Cin was amazing. It is even better then the pictures. There were five couples on our trip and there was plenty of room to spread out. The house manager was easy to communicate with. I spoke with the owner several times before our trip. She spoke to me like we were old friends. She gave us great recommendations and answered any question we had. We diffently would go back.

St. Johns Spring Break 2022 14 people: beautiful property in a beautiful place

14 of us, who regularly travel together, stayed at Cin Cin for a week, the youngest guest was 16. The house is just as advertised and is beautiful. The view from the house is gorgeous. The private beach is accessible by walking and the snorkeling in the private beach hours upon arriving yielded turtles, squid, fish etc. The house has everything we needed for meals, it seems they've thought of all the things you might need. Crystal the property manager was available when we had a question. Christine, the owner, the details provided, while there were many, they were helpful to know ahead of time. The pool and hot tub were leveraged a lot. The kids used the game room. We pulled outside tables together and played games (lots of games at Cin Cin) and catered a meal. One note: if any of you are runners/joggers, the hills of St. Johns make 'going for a run' into a slow walking routine up and down steep hills. House was quiet, we didn't hear a neighbor and we never heard the young adults and teenagers. Privacy was great. Streaming NCAA worked great, using the SONOS was easy. We drove around the island and nothing ever felt too far from Cin Cin. Stay at Cin Cin. Of any property we drove past, we never saw a property we were jealous of.

Reason to Leave

There is only one problem with this villa….it’s so perfect, it’s hard to manufacture reasons to leave. We spent 7 days at CIn CIn and the most frequent trip away was to go to the grocery store so we could eat at the house. We found good beaching, snorkeling, yacht watching, villa watching from CinCin. Perfect setting and ownership!

Amazing week at a beautiful house!

Villa CinCin is amazing! We stayed there for a week at the end of August with a family of 5 adults and 3 kids. Here are our favorite things about the villa: 1. The location of the villa is perfect - it is on a peninsula, perched high, so the cross breezes and views over both Rendezvouz Bay and Fish Bay are amazing, and helps so much with having fewer bugs. It is also very private, with no other houses nearby. It is so nice to have a short walk to the private beach and the snorkeling is pretty good (but not as good as places like Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay). 2. The house itself is fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone in our family (8 of us). Loved that all 5 bedrooms were equal - none were nicer than others in terms of space, views, bed size (all 5 kings with queen pullout sofas, beautiful en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, balconies with amazing views). The furniture, linens, decor were all beautiful - nice thick big towels in the bathrooms, comfortable mattresses. 3. The kitchen was so well stocked! It was nice to have AC in the kitchen/main living space in addition to the bedrooms. The pool, spa, and pool deck, and other outdoor spaces were beautiful with incredible views! The infinity pool is quite large and there is plenty of space to sit in the shade under an overhang. The game room and the lawn with games were fun for the kids and adults. 4. The closet with beach equipment was very helpful! The kids could use the pail and some beach toys, all of us used some of the snorkel gear (the closet had mostly flippers - only a couple snorkels/masks). 5. We rented jeeps right at the Cruz Bay ferry terminal. You really do need Jeeps to get around the island - the roads are very narrow and steep with lots of hairpin turns. 6. The villa really had EVERYTHING! No reason to leave the house other than for some grocery shopping and some snorkeling for variety. 7. The villa manager, Crystal, was very nice and helpful! She was very easy to reach via text and very responsive. The house is in such great condition that we really didn’t need her for anything during our stay. 8. The owners, Christine and Mark, are fantastic as well - so responsive, reliable, gave very detailed info on everything we could have possibly wanted to know about the villa and St John, made us feel so welcome too! Such nice people! We can’t wait to be back! This is the nicest vacation home we have ever stayed at!

Absolutely fabulous!

We took a family vacation with our daughter, children, our son, his wife and new baby and our son’s in-laws. The accommodation were perfect and had us all our own private spaces with equal luxury in each suite. The views were amazing, the pool was perfect and the patio was so comfortable. We ventured out to some of the beautiful beaches and took a day cruise at Ron’s the island. However, we are all so content to stay at the villa! There was no reason to leave! Crystal was so helpful upon checking in and departure, and the owner and I keep in touch during our stay. It was a perfect vacation and we hope to return! Thank you all!
