Tranquil Breeze- Stay at our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home conveniently located on the picturesque Island of St. John overlooking three beautiful bays: Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole and Rendezvous Bay. Tranquil Breeze will transport you to a tropical paradise. Start your morning with a coffee on the large wrap around deck enjoying the expansive views of the Caribbean where you overlook the Westin resort and can see St. Thomas and the three bays (Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay & Rendezvous Bay). Later, drive to one of the many world-famous St. John National Park beaches where you can snorkel, hike, Stand Up Paddle Board and/or enjoy a lazy day at the beach. After a long day of exploring you can enjoy the quiet community pool which is just a few steps from our House or enjoy a Happy Hour cocktail on the wraparound deck. At night you can take a 3-minute drive into Cruz Bay town where you can eat at one of the many great restaurants and enjoy the night away with a few drinks.

Tranquil Breeze was recently renovated and updated in 2022 and features a gourmet kitchen, fully air-conditioned house (all bedrooms and main living room are fully A/C), 3 Queen Bedrooms each with en suite bathroom (3 full Bathrooms), WiFi, Vaulted Cypress beam ceilings with overhead ceiling fans, tasteful Rattan furnishings and a washer/dryer. Tranquil Breeze has two bedrooms on the first floor which each have their own Queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom also has a Queen bed which is a perfect room for kids/teenagers or another adult couple.

*Tranquil Breeze also provides beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for all of your beach needs.

Amazing views
Stayed four days at this beautiful property. Linda met us as we got off the ferry and guided us up to the property and pointed out stores etc. on the way. Due to a storm there was no power the first day, but Linda had bought water and ice bags and found flash light for us, so we were good. Linda was proactive in her communication making sure that we were having a great stay. Well equipped house, including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Amazing views from the deck!

Clean and beautiful home, great view right from the living room, and the host is very friendly. As others stated in the reviews and as the host will tell you. You need an AWD vehicle if you’re going to stay at this property. The roads getting from town to the home are all paved, but very steep. If you aren’t comfortable driving up steep roads this might not be the place for you. Honestly, if you aren’t comfortable driving on steep somewhat sketchy roads in general, driving in St John might not be for you.

Could not have been better!
I will recommend St. John and Tranquil Breeze to all of my friends and family! Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay and it truly could not have been better! The home's location is convenient to restaurants and beaches, and we loved the breathtaking view of the water. The unit was extremely well equipped and had all of the comforts of home. The property manager, Linda, is very kind and helpful!!! She offered great advice and was always available should we have any questions. We cannot wait to go back!!

Property looked exactly as described! Linda picked us up at the ferry was very communicative and responsive and we had everything we needed for the 8 days we were there! High points- the view! The location- being very close to Cruz bay but in a quieter spot was great for the family! The communication! Kitchen had everything needed for dinners in! And nice to have the pool option for the kids while dinner was prepared! Would love to return!

St. John’s first week of January
Owners and host were wonderful , answering every question in a timely manner. The owners gave a detailed booklet of everything to do on the island and lots of tips about how to catch the ferry, best beaches and restaurants, etc. Linda was fantastic meeting us at the ferry, and showing us around the island and the house. We stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was our second trip to STJ and we loved every minute of it! Tranquil Breeze is in a great location with easy access to anything you'll want to do on the island. The management team was communicative and very helpful before and during our stay. Tranquil Breeze was just the right size for our family of four with two teenage boys!

We had a wonderful time at Tranquil Breeze! A very clean, bright, modern place with wonderful views of sunrise and sunset. There is two bedrooms downstairs and one up a spiral staircase. The property manager met us at the boat, drove us to the car rental and then to the house. A very positive experience!

Great Place to Stay
Views are beautiful overlooking the Westin and the location is a very short drive to Star Market, the Westin and Cruz Bay. The villa is well appointed, cozy and has all of the kitchen tools you would need to make any meal you would like. The grill worked capably. We had everything in the villa that we possibly could have needed during our 10 day trip. Check-in process was easy, Jay escorted us to the property and showed us around. Note: I do not recommend walking into Cruz Bay as it is steep and treacherous. Unfortunately, taxis can be fairly expensive in and out of town so you likely need to drive. Parking is a general issue in downtown Cruz Bay and not related to the property. FYI - If you are taking a taxi you need to take a short one and mention that you are going to "upper deck". The large ones will not be able to take you all the way to the property.

Paradise with a view- perfect family retreat!
We had an amazing time staying at Tranquil Breeze. Michael was very easy and friendly to communicate with and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Luciah who helped us out with any questions or needs on the island. The accommodations were perfect for a family of 4 (kids 5,8). We loved coming home and relaxing with the view after a long day on the beautiful beaches. Tranquil Breeze is located very close to town so it made going out and getting around very easy- just make sure to pin the location of the property as it can get tricky to find it in the dark. Big thank you to Luciah for helping us find our way back one night. We had the best time exploring the island and we would highly recommend Tranquil Breeze especially to any family traveling with kids. We hope to make it back someday soon!

Had a wonderful stay! The deck and view were spectacular. Loved that the kitchen looked out to the family room, and the deck! Had everything we needed. Front bedroom best for early birds as uncovered upper window totally lit up room at 6 am. So nice to have beach chairs and towels. Luciah was wonderful to work with. Location was awesome—close to town but private. Would definitely recommend!!
