The property itself was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The unit included all of the little things needed, from beach towels/chairs/coolers to shampoo and conditioner, and even a clothes steamer! There was a guide book that was very helpful for instructions for the unit and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed many evenings on both balconies, soaking in the beautiful views. Communication with the host was always quick and easy and the directions provided to get to the unit were clear and perfect. Personally, I would say the unit would be just out of walking distance from the town but that was no big deal for us since we rented a car. The unit was great and we especially loved the balcony with iguana viewing in the mornings. The queen bed was really comfy and our teens slept on the pullout sofa and had no complaints.
