The home features5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an infinity pool, A/C throughout and majestic breathtaking views of the island and Caribbean. The villa is full of characterinside and out,accented with Caribbean colors and artwork, and when you arrive the happy and vibrant atmosphere will surely lift your spirits. The two-level design of this spacious home offers plenty of space to gather, yet it also includes private areas for you to relax and enjoy some alone time. The main living area is an open floor plan, with adjoining kitchen, living and dining areas, all well equipped and beautifully decorated. Sets of arched 9ft high mahogany and glass french doors open to the pool deck with includes a covered gazebo with an 8 person dining table, an infinitypool with an 8ft waterfall for all to enjoy! On the main level, the two air-conditioned master King bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the pool deck, and each offers gorgeous south facing views through large mahogany archways. The lower level, accessed via covered spiral stairs off of thepool deck, featurestwo private air-conditioned suites with King beds and shared bathroom as well as a fullkitchenette.Directly outside is a large covered living area,bar and aprivatesitting space with the same amazing views as the main level. The 5th bedroom is an air conditioned large loft space, while still private,accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The loftincludes four twin beds, sitting area, full bath and of course, beautiful views! The villa is professional managed by a fully equipped on-island team who will reach out soon after booking! They offer a wide range of optional services including grocery stocking prior to your stay, rental jeeps, private chef setup, and many more! Upon arrival to St John island, guests are met at the ferry dock by a trained and friendly host who will assist in locating rental vehicle, and then escort you to the villa for a quick welcome and orientation. During this introduction, the island host will show you around the villa and answer any questions they might have on the home or on the island. Whatever is needed to make your stay feel like home away from home! The management team offers a large fleet of rental vehicles, that can be rented during your stay. The house was good this time with the exception of having numerous roaches crawling around the house and one being in my snorkel right before I got into the water. All snorkel gear was hung up and never on the ground. The pool and outdoor areas were great as well. Communication with Sean and the rest of the team was excellent as they were very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were pretty well stocked. The location is good although the roads to the home could be challenging without a good vehicle. The upper level is great and the lower level was perfectly functional but could use a refresh, as it is showing some wear. The only minor complaints we have are that the pictures on the website show a hot tub but there was none and the listed amenities indicate that the home has cable/satellite TV, which it does not. Neither were significant, especially the TV as we were able to stream shows when needed and for the most part we spent most of our time outdoors. The villa itself is beautiful and full of eclectic island touches. We absolutely loved the infinity pool with the waterfall overlooking the Westin and Chocolate Hole. Made it so easy for quick dunks after the beach or those times when we wanted the ability to swim but didn't want to have to do the whole pack-out to the beach. The villa is located less than 5 mins from downtown Cruz Bay and three grocery stores, which was very convenient. A/C's in all rooms worked amazingly and the kitchen included everything we needed. The landscaping was beautiful. can't wait to book a return trip to Sapphire Breeze! ##### Jason M. The house was amazing. Plenty big for our extended family, amazing views of Great Cruz Bay from the patio and infinity pool, convenient location. The only negative was the door lock situation. All the exterior doors can only be secured by locking an old deadbolt lock, and many of these either didn't work, or were difficult to lock. Since, two of the sleeping areas have separate outside entrances, simply moving between sleeping areas and main living space required frequent opening/closing these locks with a key and was very inconvenient.
