The views are phenomenal, and having two suites with king beds was great for our group of two couples. Also, being just a few minutes from Cruz bay allowed us easy access to some good restaurants (Morgan’s Mango and High Tide), as well as the ferry landing. I would say having a car is essential, as the walk up and down the hill to town isn’t very fun, but we had a car so it was a non-issue. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### David T. It was extremely quite outside of construction work across the mountain (not the fault of the property). Everyone was extremely quick to communicate if there was an issue, with the only issue was I couldn't figure out how to connect the bluetooth speaker! AC and fans in the each bedroom worked great and made the night enjoyable. Extremely easy to navigate through the island and great location. I would recommend a car just because it is so easy, however you could walk to town as it's a quick straight shot.We will be back. ##### Aaron C. The home is nicely appointed and the deck and view is to die for. Emily and Matthew were very accommodating and the little things such as picking up provisions were very helpful . We enjoyed our evenings and mornings on the deck enjoying the views and time together. The pool is also quite large for St. John and plenty of chairs and floats for all. Location is great too, quick drive to Cruz Bay and the North Shore Beaches. They mention in the listing that it's walkable to town. This is not really accurate. My husband and I and our three boys are quite fit but did not feel safe walking the steep, narrow hill at night. Just did seem very realistic to us. Only other complaint was that the pull out was quite uncomfortable. Our third son opted to sleep on it not pulled out, which was fine for him. However, if we had 6 people that might have been a problem. An egg crate or something similar might alleviate that issue.
