The property management team, Caribbean Villas was wonderful but be careful when trying to reach them- if on the north side of St John, call may ping off BVI and call won't go through. Also if you are not renting a jeep you will have to find someone to take away garbage. We were a large group (13). This is really 3 2 bedroom units and one lower efficiency. Each unit has one or two bathrooms plus laundry. Lots of privacy with a great common space great room and outdoor pool and veranda. The only glitch, compared to other VRBO stays, is that the owner does not list the property owner within the VRBO app, so messaging within the app does not work. This is a hassle, since you have to go looking for emails and communicating with Caribbean Villas independent of VRBO. Caribbean villas was awesome and very responsive most of the time. But the Estate could easily improve by listing CV as the contact within the app, making everything as easy as possible for guests. ##### Chad S. Absolutely loved the well stocked kitchen as we cooked most days - perfect! We did run out of propane the 2nd time we used the grill and the lights in the screened-in porch did not work. This house is a must stay. Besides the 7 private…I mean PRIVATE…(no rooms next to across from, they are all spread apart) they views and scenery were out of a magazine. The pool was clean and had everything you’d need. A large dinning area with a grill that we fully used for our dinners. Had 2 or 3 iguanas, and many many lizards stop by to say hi. The beds were super comfy, and pillow soft. The dark out curtains were a nice touch! Thank you. Easy to contact the host for anything. We would love to come again. Definitely rent a vehicle though, we did. Thank goodness. About a 15 minute drive to the beach, store on your way. Plenty of nice restraints right there too. But to visit other beaches like Maho (our favorite) it’s about 25 mins. Worth it but a bit of a trip if paying for taxis (no Ubers on the island or golf carts). The house has everything you need. Even spices and condiments left behind. Cards and a few games. We barely watched tv but there’s a nice big area for all to sit comfortably and enough relax time. ##### Kirsten R.
