From energy saving heating to excavated rocks being repurposed for walls and footpaths to immerse themselves in Cornwall’s natural environment. The open-planned living, kitchen and diner centralises the impressive wood burner, encouraging guests to relax into the choice of a cosy ‘L’ shape or two-seater sofa whilst taking advantage of the Smart TV. Summer evenings may find you stepping out onto the outside decking area, nestled amongst the sheltered hedgerow and newly planted trees, to capture the last rays of sunshine after a day spent on the local Carbis Bay beach. Open out the rear patio doors to welcome in the fresh Cornish air and begin your dining experience at the breakfast bar by popping open a bottle of your chosen sparkling wine, perfectly chilled in the wine fridge. Step into the master bedroom en suite offering a Super King size bed beneath the high vaulted ceiling. Leading through the patio doors guests will find their very own sun trap balcony featuring glass panels and seating for two – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee listening to the sound of wildlife and wind rustling through the trees.
