It is just a minute's walk from the harbour itself and is near the main hub of St Ives. With a rare outside seating area in the courtyard and only a short walk to all the local beaches, restaurants and pubs, this lovely ground floor apartment is ideal for families and couples alike. Ground floor Kitchen. This room has a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Sitting room / diner. With a settee, 2 easy chairs, TV, DVD and dining table and chairs for 4. Bedroom 1\. Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2\. Two single bunk beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
