We liked the big open entrence the lovely shining floor the whole outlay of the building and the outside pool .the staff were all friendly if you needed anything they would help. The food was excellent.

This our second stay at the Savoy and it was excellent as before. We had a room with a large terrace which was great. Staff are excellent,friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Restaurant and bar first class, great food and a large selection of gins, staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location in St Helier, easy walk to town and seafront. Lovely pool area (though the pool itself was 'refreshing'!) and polite staff. We had a family room, which consisted of two rooms so our daughter had her 'own' room (but could only be accessed through the main room, so safe for little ones too). Lovely and quiet in the rooms, even on Jazz night!

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. We liked decor and atmosphere. The bar and resturant was very comfortable. The pool area was pleasant, the pool could do with heating. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and hot. Dinning room. The hotel is well positioned for town,transport and sea front.
