Lampiesbaai Beach House in St. Helena Bay is a beautiful seaside  
retreat perfect for a family or group of up to six guests. The house  
features three spacious bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed  
and shares a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite  
bathroom with a shower, and a private patio, and the third bedroom  
contains two single beds and shares a bathroom. The shared bathroom  
includes a shower, toilet, and bath, while the ensuite bathroom in the  
second bedroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.  
  
This charming beach house is designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy  
seamless internet access, a cosy lounge area with a flat-screen TV, and  
the convenience of secure parking. Stay connected with WIFI and  
Netflix, and take advantage of the secure parking and private garden.  
For outdoor enthusiasts, there's a braai/barbecue area on the patio,  
perfect for enjoying the stunning surroundings. The house is  
family-friendly and features an alarm system for added security, with  
towels provided for your convenience. Please note that smoking is not  
allowed indoors.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 4 Malgas Street, St Helena Bay  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
