Escape to the Wisconsin Northwoods and book your family vacation in our newly-constructed lakefront home located on the sandy south shore of Lost Lake with panoramic views of what is considered a “Hidden Gem”. Nature’s Edge features an open concept design that draws your attention to the breathtaking views of the lake. It offers over 2300 square feet of space for your family and friends to enjoy. The spacious main level great room allows for large gatherings while the lower level family room is the ideal space for the kids to gather for games, puzzles, watching TV, or just hanging out together. The patio door leads to a 10' x 20' deck with additional seating to enjoy your morning coffee to start your day and it’s the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Relax around the lakeside fire pit: we offer free firewood for your use. Take the two kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat out for some fun on the lake. Fish from the private dock or take the rowboat out to catch your trophy fish. After a day full of fun and entertainment, retire to the bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms have sound barriers in the walls to provide peace and quiet for those seeking solitude. Nature’s Edge sleeps up to 12 people: two king bedrooms on the main floor have lakeside views while the queen bedroom is on the back side of the home. The lower level has the fourth bedroom with two sets of log bunk beds and the family room has a queen sofa sleeper; both rooms with lakeside views. We hope you enjoy the wilderness décor throughout the home. The natural hickory cabinets and cedar plank ceilings provide a warmth for that up-north feel you desire to escape to. Winter vacationers will appreciate curling up in front of the gas fireplace with a warm blanket and a cup of hot chocolate. The swivel chairs are a perfect spot to sit by the large window overlooking the lake: it truly is a beautiful view! The shoreline is described by many as the best fishing spot on this 544-acre lake. Pan fish are easily caught right off the dock. Muskie and bass are also frequently caught right out in front of the unit. The lake is fully recreational and has plenty of crappies, perch, walleyes, and northern pike. There is a newly-remodeled, heated fish cleaning house for you to use after a successful day of fishing! Connect to the famous Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail and the St. Germain ATV Club Trail at the end of our private road. We also provide direct access to the lake in the winter for snowmobilers. There is plenty of parking space to accommodate your trailers, too. The St. Germain area is located halfway between Eagle River and Minocqua and is known for its many summer and winter activities. An immaculate 18-hole golf course is located nearby along with another 9-hole course and a par-3 course. There are many Northwoods supper clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for a “night out” if cooking over the campfire isn’t your style. Make our vacation home the perfect start to a new family tradition, creating memories together that will last a lifetime! If you have other family members or friends looking to vacation together, we also own the Cedar Lodge property next door that sleeps 8 people. Book both Nature's Edge and Cedar Lodge to enjoy a large lakefront getaway with your entire family. Enjoy every season in the Northwoods with year-round rentals available at both of our places. Our current renters are given the first opportunity to rebook for the following year so if you're interested in starting a yearly tradition, Nature's Edge and Cedar Lodge are great places to choose for your family vacation. It had plenty of room for two families, including 6 children. The home was very clean and comfortable. The entire 3 days we were there, not once did we think, "I wish I had..." The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and both floors had plenty of bedding and blankets. We brought our ski boat, and the extra long dock was a great spot to keep it for our stay. Lost Lake is a great recreational lake, and we were able to use the provided paddle boat and kayaks during our stay as well. The fire pit was a great gathering space outside at the end of the day. Karen and Greg were very accommodating hosts, and let us know exactly what we needed to bring prior to our stay. If I could rate this a 10 star property I would. Our initial communication with the property owner through our departure exceeded our expectations. The cottage is beautiful and exceptionally clean!! We have traveled and spent time in many VRBOs across the country & this was by far the cleanest and best property in a variety of ways. The furniture (beds, chairs, couch, etc) were clean, comfortable, and all relatively new. The property was nicely decorated, the owner has done a great job (& we loved the knotty pine). Kitchen is well-stocked, & well-organized, w/everything in the cupboards (glasses, etc) being so clean. Layout of home is perfect (cozy, open & spacious) and the lower level is definitely a bonus area w/a living room, table, bedroom, & bathroom. The garage is perfect for unloading/loading your car, making it an easy process. Lake access is easy; great view of lake from living room. Loved access to kayaks, canoe, etc . Short drive to St Germaine if you need to get into town. Owner, Karen, who we were fortunate to meet is wonderful!! She is a great w/communication-responds quickly many times within minutes. It is apparent the owners take great pride in this property. This is a true gem & we felt fortunate to be able to use this property & will be back again. We had 2 couples and 1 single adult so the upstairs bedroom layouts worked out great and the 4 kids stayed downstairs in the bunk room with their own little den and bathroom. The home was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The lake itself is quiet and beautiful with bald eagles flying overhead! It was also great having access to kayaks and the paddle boat. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing weekend with family or friends! ##### Christina O. The location was perfect for snowmobiling, close to town and all the trails. The house itself was beautiful, plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Trail is right on Lost Lake not far from the house and will take you quickly to the main trails. They have a fenced off trail to get you off the lake and park right by the garage. Once inside it's just an awesome place. Handled us 7 adults easily and could do a few more without any difference. Will for sure consider for next year!!!! ##### Rob H.
