The place was not that clean, there were cobwebs and mold. The swimming doc was also not out and we called them to put it out and they said they would but never did. The door was unlocked when we got there. You had to clean up and do the dishes before you left which is not a problem at all. The place is not worth it for the money you spend a night. You can find such nicer ones around. There was a place across the lake that looked super nice. The nice thing about this place is the boats you can use but the fishing boats are not fishing boats and the beach is not even a beach. You also share all the boats and kayaks with the whole resort. There was supposed to be a paddle boat but that was never there either. There was no volleyball court because there was no net.
