The exterior of this home offers under-house, concrete parking and a private boardwalk to the beach. A wonderful outdoor shower greets you at the end of the day. A fish cleaning table is provided along with a park-style grill to prepare your fresh catch. Exterior staircases on the front and back of this property make unpacking and running to the beach a breeze.  
  
The interior of this home hugs you with beautiful wood finishes. The large, comfortable living room enjoys a wood-burning fireplace for the cooler months. The sofa and large TV are perfect for movie nights. Put a puzzle together at the table table or play a few hands of cards. Glorious, high windows fill the living room with light. Exit through two sets of double sliding doors to the wonderful screened porch with rocking chairs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
