The house was in a great location and was well stock and clean. Only downside: We rented the golf cart ( which is extra) and it was in poor condition with tires that were dry rotted. They did pick it up and take it in for maintenance but we did not have the cart for our stay. They were at the mercy of the repair shop so not much could be done.
