It was a short walk to the beach and the personal water hose to rinse off sand at the bottom of the unit steps was extremely helpful! It was nice to have an in unit washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes. The stairs to the property are steep but manageable as long as you have no mobility issues. Since it wasn't peak season we had plenty of room to spread out at the pool and beach without any crowds. The boardwalk to the beach was super convenient and being able to bring our dog was a huge bonus. The fridge was a bit oversized for the space and it blocked some of the cabinets.
