I'd say it was still comfortable but no, the air conditioning didnt support the 2nd floor staying at 78°occasionally kicking on at 3am. Pool water was super low. Called twice about it but didn't see anyone until 3 days into stay and was told 'they know this pool is crap'. We had to put the hose in it everyday to fill it up. We needed more towels and house/Vacasa info said to call but we were told we have a washer and dryer. We did get a full set later that day. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. You can tell this house is a rental property. The door was not useable to the outside shower but was fixed quickly after reaching out to rental property manager. The furniture is not the most comfortable in the living room but no stains or rips noted. Kitchen adequately stocked with usable items. There was dirty dishes in drawer which we put in dishwasher. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable in master bedroom. The blinds need to be replaced in the master bedroom also especially since it faces the main road. This was a basic rental as far as appearance goes. It definitely needs some work and love used on it. The walk to the beach was not too bad. We did leave early and did not receive parting instructions til we were gone. Would be nice to have it posted in the house. If there, we did not see it. ##### Tracy H. Access to beach right across the road. We did not have hot water as soon as we checked in. Staff addressed the issue immediately, it was fixed and a very smooth process. Plenty of room for our family and the kids loved the pool option. FEW things : No outside picture of the house is on the listing. Its a tall yellow structre that can been seen on google maps , this needs to be added to listing. It does have lots of steps once insdie to main level so not for people with bad knees for sure ! Pack a Fan! If you sleep on 2nd floor of this home. It was so warm, but cold on the first level. It has some minor maintenance issues that need to be taken care of, but so does my house.Fair warning-31 steps from the front door, to the upstairs living area, so if you have trouble climbing stairs, this may not be your place.
