A close walk to a nice beach and had an outdoor shower to clean up after. The two beds in the kids room were great as our kids had their own spots. Pans were in good shape for cooking. The Bad, grass hasn’t been cut and the yard was full of sand spurs which had been tracked in previously and deposited in the carpet so that we would get stuck by them. Threshold rotted out; screws sticking up and easy to stump your toes on. Master bathroom outlet doesn’t work. Needs to be a GFC as does the other bathroom and the one next to the kitchen sink. It was adequately supplied otherwise. It would have been nice if there had been a small box of laundry detergent. Could not adequately adjust the knob in the shower, so that the water was only lukewarm. ##### James G.
