This charming bayfront beach vacation home features stunning views of Apalachicola Bay, comfortable decor and is located in the East Gulf Beaches neighborhood, close to our award winning sugar white sand beaches and the St. George State Park! Whether relaxing on 1 of the covered porches with a refreshing beverage and a good book or strolling along the sugar white sand shores searching for seashells, you'll know you're in Paradise at this lovely property!
Paradise Point is close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse and playground, fishing pier, State Park and the multi-use path. Just across the bridge are Eastpoint's seafood markets and craft brewery. Apalachicola's historic and charming streets lined with boutiques, restaurants, and galleries are just 25 minutes by car.
This home offers private under-house parking, covered entrance, several covered outdoor living spaces, including an under-house entertainment area with picnic table and comfortable seating. The anglers in your crew will appreciate the fish cleaning sink and barbeque grill, perfect for that "Fresh from Florida" catch of the day. Best of all, the beach access point leading to the fabulous beaches of the Gulf of Mexico is just 2 blocks!
Covered entry stairs lead to this home's comfortable interiors. The open living/dining/kitchen area offers comfortable spaces to kick back and relax during your Island vacation. The living area features comfortable seating, flat screen TV and beautiful coastal views. The large dining table and additional counter stools at the kitchen island means there's plenty of space for your crew at mealtime and outside dining tables offer venues for al fresco dining.
The open kitchen, featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, is stocked with everything needed to prepare beachside feasts!
Sleeping accommodations feature 2 king bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 queen beds sleeping up to 8 guests. Two and a half bathrooms offer guest convenience and a washer and dryer are great for longer stays. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVR for you to sit back, relax and take in your favorite movie.

#### Cute house, close to beach
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the cutest house! Close to the beach, we'll stocked with everything you'd need. There's even an Eagle's nest in the back yard!
