Whether relaxing on 1 of the covered porches with a refreshing beverage and a good book or strolling along the sugar white sand shores searching for seashells, you'll know you're in Paradise at this lovely property! Paradise Point is close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse and playground, fishing pier, State Park and the multi-use path. Just across the bridge are Eastpoint's seafood markets and craft brewery. Apalachicola's historic and charming streets lined with boutiques, restaurants, and galleries are just 25 minutes by car. This home offers private under-house parking, covered entrance, several covered outdoor living spaces, including an under-house entertainment area with picnic table and comfortable seating. The anglers in your crew will appreciate the fish cleaning sink and barbeque grill, perfect for that "Fresh from Florida" catch of the day. Best of all, the beach access point leading to the fabulous beaches of the Gulf of Mexico is just 2 blocks! Covered entry stairs lead to this home's comfortable interiors.
