Hot tub, Pet friendly, fenced back yard. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath single level beach view and pet friendly house that sleeps 6 comfortably. Less than 200 steps from the beach. Come relax at this cute open floor plan and see what The Sea Shed has to offer. Recent upgrades that offer a fully stocked open kitchen area with island seating for 2\. Also a nice dinning table for 4 to eat dinner or play cards. The kitchen/dinning flows into the living room that offers plenty of seating for watching tv or just relaxing. Bring some movies or choose from the selection; basic satellite provided by Dish Network and Mediacom high speed internet. Sliding glass door opens up to the large deck where you can relax in the hot tub and listen to the waves; with wonderful views of the beach. One king bedroom with memory foam mattress. Other bedroom has a pillowtop king bed. Both bedrooms have a tv. All 3 are smart TVs so you can log in to streaming services also. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Pull down shades or blackout curtains on all windows allow for privacy or block out morning sunrise if you want to sleep in. Large full bath with tub/shower combo. The half bath room has a stacked washer-dryer and plenty of storage. Outside there is a fenced in back yard for your dog to run and play, a shower to rinse all the beach sand off, fish cleaning station and a grill for cooking your catch of the day. No Smoking please. If bringing a pet, please be familiar with the County Leash Laws. We are a pet friendly home but please review house pet rules. Please message owner with any questions.
