The ground floor provides plenty of off street parking as well as multiple entertainment spaces including the outdoor living room, billiards table for a game of pool, nautical pub tables and chairs that seat 11\. The outdoor shower (hot/cold) is perfect after a day on the beach and the propane patio heater is provided for cooler months. The ground floor also houses the golf cart that accommodates up to 6 guests (for a fee). The 1st floor offers a spacious poolside deck with both covered and open spaces around the pool area. Enjoy relaxing in the chaise lounges on the poolside deck, perfect for basking in the Florida sunshine and enjoying the soft coastal breezes after swimming in the refreshing pool. The 2nd floor queen bedroom has a spacious private covered deck with a relaxing seating area. The interior of this beach home is accessed from the warm and welcoming ground floor foyer. The light and bright modern stairway with sturdy handrails provides access to the 1st floor main living area. The open concept floor plan living/dining/kitchen area provides a perfect place to relax, dine and spend time with family and friends. It was clean upon arrival, and we genuinely enjoyed the layout and the area's convenience. However, several maintenance issues definitely affected our stay.The washer and dishwasher were both not working, the kitchen faucet handle kept falling off, and the kitchen water pressure was very low due to the faucet head needing to be cleaned by a plumber. The main entry door and the balcony door did not latch properly, the hinge on the upstairs hall closet door was coming off the wall, and the pool light flickered throughout our stay. The light/fan in the master commode wouldn’t stay on, and two bulbs in the primary bathroom were out.Additionally, the amenity section doesn't state anywhere that there is an extra charge to heat the pool, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance.Overall, the home has potential and many positives, but the number of unresolved maintenance issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. Once these items are addressed, this could easily be a 5-star rental. ##### Christina R. Home is immaculate and well appointed and just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. High end finishes made our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. The heated pool on the second level was amazing and a huge hit with our kids. The property manager was always accessible, accommodating and check in was seamless and easy.
