Offering new flooring, carpet, granite countertops, furniture, fully remodeled bathrooms and so much more. Large capacity laundry conveniently located in unit. High speed wireless internet with speeds up to 200mbps is provided. There is an HD Flat-screen TV in the living room as well as wall mounted HD TV'S in each of the bedrooms. All TV'S offer Hulu live, streaming hundreds of channels, for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Fully stocked kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are also supplied. Condo is located on the lower level (14 steps down) cliffside with breathtaking sunset views and red colorful mountains. We LOVE our Guests, and strive to provide a five star experience for every stay. Inviting open floor plan with three bedrooms. The condo was in excellent condition, the kitchen was equipped very nicely for preparing meals and the spices left for guest use was a nice surprise. Many nice extras like games, books, dvd's, nice laundry. The views from the condo of the mesas, mountains and city were amazing. Our only concern is that the kitchen fan does not vent outside but simply recirculates the air. Parking was always available close by the unit. ##### Steve H.
