Southern Utah getaway

Newly built, 3 bedroom 2 bath. Quiet, beautiful views, greeted by the morning sun through big windows. Reasonable driving time to many hiking trails and national parks. In our backyard there is a mountain biking Mecca, gooseberry Mesa. If you are adventurous and a outdoors person this place is for you.

Wake up every day with a breathtaking view of Zion’s National Park, and enjoy a large private backyard veranda and gas fire pit that is all surrounded by natural brush and trees providing the perfect secluded getaway. This beautiful desert 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located 4 miles away from Gooseberry Mesa, (some of the best Mountain Biking trails in Utah) and only 36 miles away from Zion’s National park. (8 miles via back-country roads). Close and convenient access to trails that can be enjoyed by ATV’s, Mountain Bikes, or hiking to explore the nearby Grafton ghost-towns, breath-taking desert slot canyons or towering mesas providing views of desert landscapes as far as the eye can see. Because of the secluded nature of this home, and the lack of light pollution, you will never see a better starlit sky. There is a convenient store in Apple Valley with a great little grill where you can order excellent hamburgers. hurricane is 11 miles from Apple Valley, which has many restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a Walmart store. Colorado city is 11 miles away going east. It has a nice new grocery store with a deli and a grill.

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this was the best. It's a very nice roomy house in a peaceful rural setting. Lots of windows and fresh air. The views from the patio were amazing. It's close enough to Zion to be convenient, but far enough away to unwind from the crowds of the park and the city of Springdale. The owner was good to deal with, but we did not need him since everything was perfect.

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed this house and its proximity to the different activities we had planned for our trip. It had everything we needed to be very comfortable and relaxed after a day of fun. We would definitely recommend it!

This is a great property close to both Bryce Canyon & Zion Park. The home was very clean, thoughtfully stocked and well maintained. We enjoyed stargazing, the view of Zion and watching the sunset. There was enough room for 4 adults to spread out, but it was still cozy and comfortable. We recommend this home and would stay again!

Wonderful Stay

We loved this home and location. So much to do and see including Zion and Bryce. Everything we needed was only a few minutes away. Wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard more but it was super cold at night. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. One of our favorite vacations, thank you!

Amazing

Very quiet, private home with amazing views and plenty of opportunity to experience “dark sky”. The home had everything one would want in a VRBO and we were impressed with the cleanliness. So glad we stayed here instead of closer to Zion. Easy drive and non of the chaos!

Great place to retreat at

Finding the house and entering it was easy. Everything was as described. It was a great place to come back to after long days in the national parks. Super quiet and private. We’re so happy we decided to stay there and not in a hotel.

Perfect Place

We stayed for 8 days and explored Southern Utah and Arizona. It was the perfect place to come home to every night! Amazing views! The hosts thought of everything and communicated well. I would highly recommend staying here!

great location

it was a great location close to zion. it had everything we needed. we also enjoyed seeing some free roaming cows from the back yard! easy check in process and good communication. would come and stay again.

Amazing retreat

Centrally located near Zion, desert gardens, Snow Canyon state park and amazing drive to Bryce Canyon. Definitely would reccomend if your looking for seclusion and convenience to NP around this area. We loved having a drink and watching the lizards and chipmumks on the back porch.

Home away from home.

This house was truly home away from home. We had everything we needed plus more. The owners were wonderful to work with, the communication of all the information we needed was very clear. The backyard/ patio was a great place to unwind after a hard day of hiking. It’s a must stay.

There are absolutely no negatives to mention about this home The location was perfect for anything you want to see while visiting Southern Utah. The house was immaculately clean. The backyard was stunning looking at the canyons and rock formations. The spacious patio was perfect for stargazing at night. The house had all the amenities you would need, and then some. Extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with Brent and Laura was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Peaceful Mountain View

Wonderful home close enough to Zion for daily trips but far enough away from the busy towns. Great views from great room and kitchen of Zion in the distance. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and fantastic shower with heaters. Hurricane fairly close for nice restaurants. Main Street Cafe is wonderful for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!
