They were, very responsive the entirety of our stay and did help us book Tuachaun tickets at a discounted rate. Unfortunately, the lagoon was closed the entirety of our 2 night stay, due to mechanical issues. We never set foot on the beach. I had no idea that was a possibility or I likely would have booked elsewhere. The lagoon was the reason we chose to stay at the resort, so that was a massive let down. This place was perfect for our long weekend in the St. George/Mesquite area. It was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. My son loved that it had an xbox for him to play.
