This property is well appointed with all the amenities of home and then some . . .

Sleeping up to six, this condo has 2 bedrooms, each with luxury pillow-top mattresses - one king and one queen. The sofa sleeper includes a queen mattress. A variety of pillow types to choose from will ensure a good night's rest. In addition to the large HDTV in the living room, each bedroom has its own flat screen with a full range of channels as well as apps to stream your favorites.

The over-sized bathroom includes a shower/ tub combo. In addition, a washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience.

In the well-appointed kitchen you can cook any meals with an adjacent dining area that will seat six, as well a small breakfast bar that will seat two.

Complimentary high-speed internet dedicated to this property will keep you connected for business or pleasure. Additional public WiFi is available at the nearby clubhouse.

Situated in the Sports Village Resort, you are just a few steps from each of the complimentary resort amenities including: pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball courts, fitness center, club house, as well as outdoor eating and play areas.

We arrived to unit that was not cleaned! The owner / manager did not answer my phone call to tell him about our situation.He did not respond to me with either a phone call or a text. There was no communication at all.I did get a refund but have not had time to verify a complete payment.Additionally, the pictures of this property are very misleading. The unit needs an update: it is dark with very little natural outside lighting or views. dated interior finish, and marginal furniture.

We always enjoy staying in Sports Village and the amenities that are offered on site. We enjoyed the condo and the space it provided for our family. The space could use a good deep clean - walls, baseboards and window tracks were pretty nasty. Some small updating and repairs could be done which would include the pull out bed in the couch (wouldn’t lay flat but we made it work). We stayed when it was pretty cold and we found that the windows and doors were not insulated well which didn’t help with the cold temps. Despite these issues the linens were clean and the bathroom was clean enough. We requested some extra towels and they were quick to deliver them for us which we appreciated. We would love to stay here again.

Location for us was good. There were stairs down to apartment so someone with mobility issues might have problems. Facility was well stocked with towels, good culinary ware, etc. This is an older facility that was obviously well kept-up. Access instructions were concise and straight-forward. Would definitely stay there again.

Another Great Visit to St.George

This was our second time staying at this property, and we came back for a reason. We enjoy this location and its amenities, and closeness to family we visit in St. George from SD. The cleanliness and property grounds keeping are great. Had everything we needed for the week including to prep meals. This condo could use a little facelift on the inside in terms of touch up paint and things like that. There was a pack and play on site, when I messaged about that the owner said there wasn’t so it would have been nice not to have to pack that. We will likely return to this property year after year when in town for family.

Comfortable Property

The condo was comfortable and clean. The property manager was great in responding when trying to help a couple of senior women, who don't follow directions well locate the property. The only negative for us was the number of stairs. My friend who is in her 80s had some trouble navigating these.

Sports Village Condo for the WIN!

Excellent! There is 6 of us so when we travel, we need a little bit of room. This Condo was perfect for us at an extremely reasonable price point. We all had plenty of room to spread and slept very comfortably. This was very nicely decorated and had all the comforts we could need. They even had a child’s sleeping mat and a playpen available for use while there. Even though there’s only 1 bathroom, we didn’t have a hard time with it. The Master bedroom has a private access and it was like a Jack and Jill bathroom, only sharing with the living room and bedroom. The master balcony/porch leads directly out to a BEAUTIFUL walking path and although we were right next to the basketball court and park, we were not disturbed by the activity outside. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, and dishes for us. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. I will admit- there were a few things that seemed dated, such as chipped paint on some walls and the cabinets, kitchen sink was a little tricky but it’s updated where it really counts and in all the right places. Flooring was nice, furniture, light fixtures, appliances etc. I also found the pillows very firm but there were several so with some shuffling and stacking, we had a wonderful night sleep!!Bottom line: this property is a gem! It is well maintained, cleaned regularly, spacious and the floor plan is great. It has all the comforts of home without the huge price

Basic Clean Condo

This property provides the basics advertised and nothing more. Everything was satisfactory but not better. Some examples, there was dishwashing and laundry supplies, but very little soap. The faucets dripped unless you got them into the right spot, the showerhead was about 5 foot 10 above the tub. It was low end construction and furnished condo that was clean and adequately prepared. It was fine for me and my son to crash while doing events on the area but it is not a place I would bring my wife.

This was a great place for us in St. George. Two of our days were spent in Zion national Park, plus two days golfing, we also spent one day at snow Canyon Park, which was only 23 minutes away. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after being so active. Thanks so much!

Location was good. Property has some maintenance issues. Needs a paint refresh. Exterior sliding door in master bedroom is in disrepair and lets in outside air and noise. Large mirror in shower is a bit disconcerting. Shower valve is backwards (hot is cold / cold is hot) which is actually not to code in rentals.

Great layout

I’ve stayed in several different condos at Sports Village and was pleasantly surprised by this one. Usually the lower level condos are not my preference, but this condo felt spacious and light. We loved being able to walk out of the Primary room and straight up to the clubhouse for quick access. The main family room and dining room areas felt spacious for the size condo that it is. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed. There were plenty of soft extra blankets for those using the pull-out couch and sleeping mat. It was nice having quick-dry pool towels available for us to use. The bathroom is huge, and because the toilet is in its own room it was possible to have someone brushing their teeth while someone else was using the toilet. I would happily stay here again. Just a couple suggestions - new pillows would be great (most of them were quite flat), and a little cooking oil with the spices would have been nice to have. Thanks for a great stay!

The tennis and pickleball courts were not available. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. This is a main reason we rent at this location. They were recently resurfaced, which will help the renters in a couple of weeks. But not us. The unit was fine. Comfy beds. Pillows are just ok. No shampoo and conditioner. Which also meant another trip to the store.
