It features a private exterior entry and a peaceful balcony, perfect for morning coffee or alfresco dining. The bathroom includes double sinks with generous counter space, and the bedroom also offers an additional two-sink vanity, providing plenty of room to get ready comfortably—especially appreciated by couples and guests staying longer. The living area includes a queen memory-foam sleeper sofa and a bonus door that allows the space to be closed off, creating a private second sleeping area. This flexible layout works well for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. For guests traveling with little ones, toddler dishes, a Pack ’n Play, crib, and high chair are available. An in-unit washer and dryer makes both short and extended stays more comfortable. EASY ACCESS & ARRIVAL This is a second-floor unit with approximately 10–12 stairs to the front door. Keyless entry allows for smooth, flexible arrivals. TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP? We also offer a two-bedroom, two-bath condo (approximately 1,100 sq. ft.) in the same resort community. This can be a great option for family reunions or group getaways. We had the best time, and Lynette had great communication with us all weekend! She was quick to respond and answered my questions quickly!The location was great! Close to restaurants and the ball fields we were playing at. It was clean and fully stocked. Lynette was great at communicating and there was ample information for everything in the unit. The bed was very comfortable, which was great after a long day of walking properties. We didn't use any of the community amenities, but it was nice that there was a pool to use. Having a vanity in the master made getting ready a breeze. Overall a quaint little place that was perfect for the two of us. Thank you! ##### Heather L. If you’re looking for a place where you have a very responsive host in a great location in St. George, this is it. Clean, renovated and quiet condo which has everything we needed. Kitchen was nicely appointed which was great because we cooked most of our meals. Loads of storage space for us to unpack and keep things neat and organized. Nice heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. Appreciated having a washer and dryer too .Next time we’re in town, we will look to book here first. ##### Troy S. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. I really don’t know what else to say except that if you’re looking for a stay in the area, southern Utah, this place and location was perfect. The drive to Zion was quick and lovely, the drive to the Grand Canyon North Rim was beautiful in its own way. We flew in to Vegas and the drive to St George was scenic and swift.
