Close enough to the pool to make it a short walk, but just far enough away to not get the noise from the pool crowds. Cleanliness was average. Noise through the walls & ceiling was average for age of condo, and being on the bottom floor. There are fans in the bedrooms that were able to drown out the noise. Neighborhood safe for running, biking and walking about. Owner responsive, friendly, and was kind enough to offer trail suggestions as hiking was the main purpose of our trip.
