This adorable 3-bedroom condo features a main floor master suite, a grassy field just outside the front door, and a fully equipped kitchen. As you work your way up through the house, passing additional bedrooms as you go, you’ll find yourself ending at a rooftop deck with gorgeous views, plentiful sunshine, and stargazing at its finest. When you are ready to go check out the community resort, hop on one of the electric scooters (helmets provided) or carry over the paddleboards to enjoy the incredible Lagoon! \*\*Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas.
