We keep our pool at 85 degrees and the jacuzzi at 104 degrees. When a guest checks in to our hotel your credit card is authorized for the amount of the stay and 50.00 for incidentals. In the past we have painted the exterior and have started painting our guest rooms. Replace all televisions with LG 43", furniture and art work, and the bedding to the new Choice Bedding Program. We have replaced all mattresses and box springs in all our guest rooms. We have remodeled the fitness center with all new equipment. This spring we will be replacing all sofa sleepers.
