Not only does this unit come beautifully furnished, it also provides access to the community pool and 2.5 acre lagoon which are located a mere 1/2 block away. This short distance makes it a perfect place to be able to walk back and forth easily to these fantastic amenities. Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings. The property was spotless, modern, and perfectly located. Short 3 min walk to lagoon. The view was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax or paddleboard. The community was peaceful, safe, and had a resort-like feel with great amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.One of the best parts was being able to bring our dog along! It was great having a pet-friendly place where our pup could enjoy the trip with us.The only one downfall was that we couldn’t access the rooftop area before 10am. I was a little confused from the photos some of them are just stock type so when I booked I missed that it wasn’t right on the lagoon . The condo was a block away from the Lagoon and it was very nice . We fit everyone we had and management was very responsive with any questions we had . I would recommend having certain things there like cooking oil and better frying pans . Also the fridge water was hot which maybe it was because we were there during a heat wave. My only complaint would be in regards to the people staying above us. They must of had a dog or small children, because we could hear them running back and forth across our ceiling at all hours. The place is clean and well organized. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were easily able to cook up our Thanksgiving dinner. Great location with plenty of things to keep your family entertained! We loved everything about it and will definitely be returning!
